Prepare clean, readable PDFs from images
Image-to-PDF conversion is useful for scanned forms, school work, receipts and photo documents. Page order, image orientation and margin selection make a bigger difference than file size alone.
Arrange pages first
Add images in the same order that readers should see them. Rotate phone photos before conversion when needed, and remove duplicate or blurred pages. A clear sequence prevents a finished PDF from needing to be rebuilt.
Select a suitable page
A4 is a dependable option for forms, notes and office documents. Fit mode is helpful when preserving the original image proportions is more important. Small margins keep content away from page edges and improve print readability.
Check the final document
Open the downloaded PDF and inspect the first, middle and last page. Confirm that text is readable, page orientation is correct and no important edge has been cropped. Keep the original images until the document has been verified.
Privacy note: the PDF is assembled in your browser. Sensitive documents should still be handled carefully on shared devices, and downloaded files should be removed when they are no longer needed.
