Files and Tool Content

Selected files are read by browser code to perform the requested conversion or generation task. Results may be held temporarily in browser memory until you download them, reset the tool, refresh the page or close the tab. EzyConvert is not a backup service, so you should keep your own original files.

Information You Send to Us

If you contact us by email, we receive the address, message and any attachments you choose to provide. We use that information to respond to support, feedback, copyright, privacy or legal requests. We do not sell contact messages.

Technical and Hosting Data

Like most websites, hosting providers and content-delivery services may process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, time of access and security logs. This information can be necessary to deliver pages, prevent abuse and maintain reliability. Supporting libraries or fonts may be requested from third-party delivery networks, but your selected file contents are not intentionally sent with those library requests.

Cookies and Local Storage

EzyConvert may use essential browser storage for interface preferences such as theme selection. See the Cookie Policy for more information and browser-control options.

Local File Processing and Security

Image, PDF, text and QR processing is designed to run inside your browser. EzyConvert does not intentionally transmit the files you select to an EzyConvert server. Files and generated outputs remain in browser memory and are removed when you close or refresh the page, except for files you choose to download.

We use HTTPS, restrictive security headers, clickjacking protection, file-size safeguards and a Content Security Policy to reduce common web risks. No website can honestly guarantee absolute protection against every future vulnerability, so users should avoid processing highly confidential material on shared or untrusted devices and should keep their browser updated.

Google AdSense and Advertising

If Google AdSense advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may place and read cookies on your browser or use web beacons, IP addresses and similar technologies to serve, measure and limit ads. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to show ads based on visits to this and other websites where permitted.

Users may manage personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings. Where required, a Google-certified consent management platform may be used to request choices before personalised advertising is served.

Data Retention

Local conversion data normally disappears from the page when the session is cleared. Email correspondence and security records may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, protect the service, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Children's Privacy

EzyConvert is a general-purpose utility service and is not directed at collecting personal information from children. Users should not enter or share personal information they are not authorised to process.

Your Choices

You can clear browser storage, block cookies through browser settings, avoid sending optional email attachments and stop using the website. Blocking essential storage may affect interface preferences. Advertising choices, when relevant, are also available through the consent message and Google settings.
